Dan has always enjoyed 2 things in life" cooking and parties".
He does both as often as possible.
While working on the salsa recipe, his friends were his taste testers and looked forward to having some Italian salsa with their usual party food When he was told over and over:
"I like this so much, I'd pay for it. You should sell it."
That's what he decided to do!
Bisco's is not just for dipping. It can be used as a sauce or in your favorite Mexican or Italian recipes. Use it in meatloaf to liven it up, on a burger in place of ketchup, in chili, on omelets, and with seafood. Experiment with Bisco's Italian Salsa and your ordinary meals take on new life!
